Is there a long-term contract?
No. The Comfort Maintenance Plan is month-to-month or annual at your choice, and you can cancel any time with zero cancellation fees. We believe in earning your renewal each year through service, not trapping you with paperwork.
What’s included in each tier?
Basic covers one HVAC system with two seasonal tune-ups and 10% off repairs. Premier expands to two systems with 15% off, no overtime fees and free diagnostic visits. Elite is built for multi-system homes — 20% off, free filter delivery, an annual indoor-air-quality inspection and a 10-year parts warranty match.
Can I transfer the plan if I move?
Yes. The plan is fully transferable — you can hand it off to the buyer as a selling perk, or bring it to your new home if it’s within our East Valley service area. One call and we update the address on file.
How much can I really save?
Our Premier members save an average of $220+ per year between included tune-ups, discounted repairs, and waived overtime fees — and that doesn’t count the long-term efficiency gains from regular maintenance. One avoided after-hours repair often pays for the plan outright.
Do the tune-ups cover heating AND cooling?
Yes. Your spring visit is a full 21-point AC tune-up — refrigerant pressures, capacitor health, coil cleaning, airflow, thermostat calibration — and your fall visit covers heating: heat exchanger inspection, ignition system, gas pressure, and safety checks. Two visits, full system, every year.
How fast is "priority dispatch" really?
Members are inserted at the front of our same-day dispatch queue and assigned to the next available technician. In practice, that means roughly a 60% faster response than a standard call — usually a few hours instead of next-day or longer during peak summer demand.
